Mr. Yoo is experienced in nearly all aspects of civil litigation through trial, in both state and federal court and arbitral forums. He has substantial experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions and has prevailed on summary judgment motions which disposed of entire actions or claims posing risk of punitive damages liability.
