Amy Noland manages the day-to-day operations of Tajima LLP and provides paralegal support across the firm's litigation matters. She ensures that client matters are handled efficiently and with the highest level of care and attention.

Rosy Barboza provides paralegal support to the firm's attorneys in complex business litigation matters. She assists with case management, document review, research, and client communications to ensure seamless case preparation and execution. She holds a Paralegal Certificate from College of the Canyons. She is fluent in Spanish.

Rabia Busri brings over 15 years of legal experience to Tajima LLP, including litigation practice, case management, and legal drafting across both U.S. and international legal environments. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with departmental honors and her Master of Laws (LLM) in Human Rights Law from the International Islamic University in Islamabad. She has supported attorneys in civil litigation, discovery, and trial preparation in both California and international legal settings. Rabia is a native speaker of Urdu and Punjabi, conversational in Hindi, and proficient in Arabic — a valuable asset for the firm’s cross-border and international matters.

Irish Ferrer provides administrative and operational support to the attorneys and staff at Tajima LLP, helping to ensure that client matters are handled with efficiency and care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BSPT) from De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute. She is fluent in Filipino.
