Lisa Dale is Counsel at Tajima LLP. She represents plaintiffs and defendants in significant tort, injury, professional-malpractice, employment, and commercial disputes, bringing experience from initial investigation through trial.
On the defense side, Ms. Dale has handled products and premises liability, wrongful death, unfair business practices, dental malpractice, and environmental claims. She has also represented plaintiffs in premises liability, employment, and personal-injury matters.
Ms. Dale has substantial law-and-motion experience and has obtained summary judgment and adjudication for defendants in personal-injury matters. Prior to joining Tajima LLP, she was an associate at Crockett & Associates and in the Irvine office of Clausen Miller, P.C. She is fluent in Spanish.
