Jackie Levien is a Partner at Tajima LLP and a trial lawyer whose practice includes high-stakes commercial litigation, trade-secret and intellectual-property disputes, business torts, premises liability, and wrongful-death matters. She represents businesses and individuals in significant disputes in state and federal court.
Ms. Levien handles matters from prefiling investigation and initial pleadings through discovery, dispositive motions, settlement, trial, and appeal. Her clients include public companies, real estate developers, closely held family businesses, emerging companies, and individuals.
She also has extensive experience conducting highly sensitive internal investigations and advising clients on limiting litigation exposure.
Prior to joining Tajima LLP, Ms. Levien was a litigation associate at Latham & Watkins LLP and counsel at Trépanier Tajima LLP.

- Defending one of the world's largest concert promotion and ticketing companies against a competitor's trade secret claims;
- Assisting science-technology company with termination of founder and repossession of membership units after embezzlement.
