She has achieved highly favorable results representing clients in high-stakes litigation over a variety of matters, including commercial contracts, trade secret misappropriation and other intellectual property disputes, unfair business practices and business torts, premises liability, and wrongful death.
She has successfully represented clients ranging from public companies and real estate developers to closely-held family businesses and emerging companies. Jackie also has extensive experience conducting highly sensitive internal investigations and regularly consults on matters with an emphasis on limiting clients' litigation exposure.
Prior to joining Tajima LLP, Ms. Levien was a litigation associate at Latham & Watkins LLP and counsel at Trépanier Tajima LLP.
