Jackie Levien's practice focuses on complex business litigation. She has achieved highly favorable results representing clients in complex litigation over a variety of matters, including commercial contracts, trade secret misappropriation and other intellectual property disputes, unfair business practices and business torts, premises liability, and wrongful death.
Ms. Levien is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation, including conducting complex discovery, dispositive motion practice, and trying cases to verdict. She has obtained summary judgment on behalf of a Grammy-nominated recording artist against premises liability claims, and has represented clients in significant trade secret matters.

Lisa Dale has experience in all facets of civil litigation from the initial investigation and inception of a case through trial. She has represented defendants in complex litigation matters including products and premises liability, wrongful death, unfair business practices, dental malpractice, and environmental claims. Ms. Dale has also represented plaintiffs in premises liability, employment, and personal injury cases.
Ms. Dale has substantial law and motion experience and has won summary judgment and adjudication motions for defendants in personal injury cases. Prior to joining Tajima LLP, she was an associate at Crockett & Associates and at the Irvine office of Clausen Miller, P.C. Ms. Dale is fluent in Spanish.
Patrick Yoo has extensive experience representing a variety of clients, including financial institutions and professionals, insurance agents and professionals, and businesses (including their officers and/or directors). He has represented clients in a diverse range of matters, including contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and misrepresentation, trade secret misappropriation, unfair or deceptive business practices, and employment claims.
Mr. Yoo is experienced in nearly all aspects of civil litigation through trial, in both state and federal court and arbitral forums. He has substantial experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions and has prevailed on summary judgment motions which disposed of entire actions or claims posing risk of punitive damages liability. Prior to joining Tajima LLP, Mr. Yoo was a senior associate at O'Hagan Meyer. He is conversational in Korean.
